My experience at Johnsons Mazda Gloucester was positive because Joel was super helpful from the moment I stepped into the showroom, he spent time with us explaining the key difference between the 2 cars I was considering and their benefits. He matched everything to my needs, showing how much he was listening to everything I told him. He also understood that I’m not a hard sales kinda customer and was patient and I didn’t feel hassled at all, first time ever in car sales and felt this! Ultimately it got my custom! Max was also super helpful during my test drive visit!

He even came on a test drive with me when he was quite busy in the showroom, because I didn't want to go on my own. He was great during the test drive, giving me real confidence throughout and pointing out lots of extras in the car that would have taken me longer to get to grips with otherwise.
